3. Application and Approval Process

3.1 Submission Process

When you submit an application through our website:

1. You provide information about your business, target market, goals, and budget
2. We review your submission within 24-48 hours
3. We determine if we can effectively help you achieve your e-commerce goals
4. If approved, we send a secure payment link via email

3.2 No Immediate Payment

You are NOT charged at the time of submitting the application form. Payment is only required after we review and accept your request.

3.3 Right to Decline

INTO CENTERS LIMITED reserves the right to decline any application for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Insufficient information provided
• Services requested are outside our expertise
• Unrealistic expectations or goals
• Previous violations of our Terms
• Capacity limitations

If we decline your application, you will be notified via email and no payment will be required.

3.4 Acceptance and Payment

If we accept your application:

• You will receive an email with a secure payment link
• Payment must be completed within 7 days of receiving the link
• Services begin only after payment is confirmed
• Failure to complete payment within 7 days may result in cancellation

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full Refund (100%)

• Requested within 24 hours of payment AND before we deliver any work or research
• INTO CENTERS LIMITED is unable to deliver the service as described
• Technical issues on our end prevent service delivery

Partial Refund (50%)

• Requested within 7 days of payment AND before 50% of deliverables are provided
• You provide valid reasons for dissatisfaction

No Refund

• After all deliverables have been provided
• More than 14 days after payment
• You fail to provide requested information or cooperation
• You implement strategies incorrectly or incompletely
• External factors (market conditions, platform changes) affect results
• You violate these Terms of Service

5.2 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your order number, payment date, and reason for the refund
3. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

5.3 Client-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the refund policy above based on how much work has been completed.

6. Service Delivery and Deliverables

6.1 Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines by package:

• Starter: 3-5 business days
• Standard: 5-7 business days
• Shop Class: 7-14 business days (includes ongoing scale support)

Timelines may vary based on complexity and information availability. We will notify you of any delays.

6.2 Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your niche and market
• Respond to our requests for additional information within 48 hours
• Grant necessary access to accounts, websites, or platforms (if applicable)
• Be available for scheduled calls or meetings

6.3 Delays Due to Client

If you fail to provide required information or cooperation, we reserve the right to:

• Pause the project timeline until information is received
• Deliver partial results based on available information
• Cancel the project without refund if unresponsive for 30+ days

6.4 Format of Deliverables

Deliverables are provided in digital format via:

• Email (PDF documents, reports, and research data)
• Shared cloud storage or Google Docs
• Video or phone consultations (for applicable packages)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own:

7.2 INTO CENTERS Retains Rights To

• Our methodologies, frameworks, and processes
• Templates and tools used across multiple clients
• General knowledge and expertise

7.3 Client-Provided Materials

You grant INTO CENTERS LIMITED a limited license to use materials you provide (logos, images, website content) solely for the purpose of delivering services. We will not share or use these materials beyond the scope of our engagement.

7.4 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute our deliverables as your own services
• Share our proprietary methodologies publicly without permission
• Reverse-engineer our strategies to create competing services
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from deliverables

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees of Results
